Barr’s Denver office opened in May 2019 with the acquisition of Marquez Environmental Services, an environmental consulting firm specializing in air permitting and compliance services for oil and gas clients. Later that year we acquired High Energy Inc., renowned for its electrical, structural, and civil engineering services for substations, overhead and underground transmission lines, and overhead distribution lines.
